Achieving Fitness After 50 is a team of Exercise Physiologists that are over 50 years of age with over 25 years' experience each who know what it takes to get healthy.

Why is after 50 so challenging to achieve fitness? 50 is a milestone age for so many reasons. The human body starts to lose muscle mass and metabolism 3x faster after 50 without exercise and proper nutrition.
